BIG,BULKY and yet....BRILLIANT...!THE 'OLD' CAMRY..DRIVEN!

the TOYOTA CAMRY....well..i dont really fancy the shape of this car....chuncky....bigggggg........it looked wayyyyy tooooo japanese for me.....(a good thing for some but not for me).....well...as soon as i sat inside....i was BLOWN AWAY and DROWNED by the sheer luxury and comfort!....the ride was smoooottthhhhhhhhh.....the built quality was good......didnt know our asian cars have reached such high standards....BRAVO TOYOTA!.....sound proofing was brilliant...!.an amazing car.......the only thing stopping me from giving this car a 5 star rating is that awefull exterior....

Malaysia's shining star,the MYVI.. driven!!

well,it took long enough for me to get my hands on the MYVI.it is THE number one car in malaysia at the moment,in terms of sales that is.....well...how does this car actually fare??hmmm....pretty well if i do say so myself....the myvi was 'given' to me by a friend to test it out,and boy was i excited!ok,lets get to the review!let me start of by saying that the myvi has HUGE legroom for not only the driver!!but for everyone in the car!!thumbs up for that!!the overall handling was ok i guess,it was smooth...a vast improvement from the last perodua i drove..(the KANCIL!!!)...but it felt too light...i felt as if the car couldnt really protect me....wonder why.....hmmm....the built quality was average...there were afew squeks and the air cond had watery mist all around it..poor finishing if you ask me.it was a fun car to drive though.sound proofing was slightly above average...only slightly..

the INFAMOUS VANETTE DRIVEN!

I have been eyeing this ride for some time now....well mainly because i have not driven a van before...and when we malaysians talk about vans.....no other van will come into mind other then the NISSAN VANETTE...well....to tell you the truth....it handled alright....suprisingly,it had loads of 'UMMMMMPPPH'!which caught me off guard..!well...when we talk about the design...only an idiot will call it anything but outdated....sound proofing is extremely poor...but i expected that anyway....the suspension system was actually good...it managed to handle all the 'punishment' that was hurled towards it!..well...eventhough the VANNETTE is one of the 'older' vans out there....it performs its bulit purpose...which is to carry moderate loads...well...

Nissan sunny DRIVEN!

A friend of mine gave me the opportunity to drive this car...the nissan sunny was a famous car about 30 years ago....and personally...i feel it has aged well...the ride...well...was somewhat similar to the mitsubishi galant that i drove before...but slightly better in terms of comfort...sound proofing was poor...

Mercedes benz E200 elegance DRIVEN!

The E200 was an amazing car to drive....sound proofing was......FANTASTIC!!!the ride was extremely comfortable!!.....it was as if the car was gliding in mid air.....built quality is in a class of its own.....the exterior and interior styling was....desirable....the only flaw..(yes..even mercs has flaws..)...is the engine....its not powerfull enough......a 2.3 liter should do the trick...

Mercedes benz E300 DRIVEN!

The E300 felt heavy...in a good way....it made u feel safe..no matter what speed you were going..the exterior still looks good enough to be sold today..but then again..hmmm...the interior is well...not bad...sound proofing is typical mercedes...which means nothing but excellent!..the bulky exterior made it a challenge to driver for first time drivers...but once you get the hang of it...it will be hard for you to get your hands of the wheels...

Mitsubishi galant(81) DRIVEN!

This was trully a unique experience....the galant was well...ok i guess....sound proofing was below average...the interior and exterior styling can be summed up in a single word...JAPANESE!...thats actualy a complement....it was a fun car to drive but due to its big size...it was hard to estimate turnings...

Proton's PRIDE and JOY,the PERSONA DRIVEN!

The persona needs no introduction....it is a car that has turned the fortunes of proton...the persona is a good car...it looks good..the interior is an improvered version of the gen-2's interior which i defined as 'very cool'..:-P...it handles smoothly....i was shocked at how the bulit quality had improved in the persona...the ride and handling made me feel as if i was driving a mid range japanese car...good job proton...sound proofing is good as well...the only downside is..the engine...it is as if the car does not want to go fast...it has to be really pushed in order to do so...this has been rectified by proton though, with the introduction of the improved PERSONA IAFM...until i get my hands behind the wheels of that...i will never truly know how big of an improvement has been made...

Jeep grand cherokee DRIVEN!

the grand cherokee is what i would call the ideal transport vehicle for a family...the exterior and interior screams typical american design!!big bulky chunky knobs everywhere!!!....it handles well...sound proofing is good..built quality is good as well....the obvious advantage it has against cars is has a higher viewing point which could help the driver estimate his actions incase of an emergency..it is also capable of offroading...the only drawback for this otherwise perfect family vehicle is...well...its engine...its a 4.0 liter engine...way out of the budgets of many malaysians to refuel on a regular basis.....

Skoda octavia DRIVEN!

This car has to be one of the most amazing car to drive!!!!it handles superbly....!!!n it can go....FAST!!!...built quality is SUPERB....sound proofing is excellent!!...the only flaw....is...well.....brand strength....a BIG issue there..!two thumbs waaaaayyyyyyy up!!
